1. How can I contact you for wholesale order and prices?

All prices for our products are negotiable and determined only by your Order quantity, the more you order, the more you save, we give lowest prices you will get. 2. What is the your return/exchange policy?

Please check policy page for detail of return and exchange policies. Your satisfaction is our top most priority.

3. How will my order be shipped? How long does it take to receive my order?

All shippment will be sent via EMS. You can track your order at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. We will e mail you tracking No to you e mail and you can track it.  Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment.  . It usually takes 7 -10 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT! ALL PACKAGE WILL BE SEND TO BILLING ADDRESS ONLY, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS FOR FREE IF RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS! THERE WILL BE CHARGE OF $25 TO RESEND THE PACKAGE.

4. Do you ship to locations other than USA?

Yes. We ship worldwide please contact us for shipping charges.

5. Are all items on web available?

Most of the items are available in stocks and can be shipped within 2 days once payment received. If any product is out of stock we will let you within 2 days.

6. Can you reserve my order for me until I can pay for it?
